 Healthy lunch

I love to eat this for lunch, it has so many flavors while being healthy!

Berries are super healthy so be sure to add them into your diet as well as almounds which are very healthy and fill you up!

First thing you need is a bowl or container for work or school
Add layer of fruit in this case bananas

Now I add blueberries 

Strawberries 


Almounds

And a scoop of peanut butter!

To finish it off pair your lunch with a low sugar fruit drink
